General Terms

Service Locations: We provide mobile detailing and other services throughout Metro Detroit. Our mobile team will arrive at the agreed-upon location, provided that the area is safe, accessible, and permissible for vehicle detailing work.
Right to Refuse Service: Michigan Mobile Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service if the location or condition of the vehicle is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
No Responsibility for Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to dents, scratches, paint damage, and mechanical issues. Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle prior to service.
Damage During Service: While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Michigan Mobile Auto Spa is not responsible for any damage that may occur during or after the service.
Use of Customer’s Water and Power: If requested, we may use the customer’s water or electrical supply. However, any accidents, leaks, or power surges resulting from this use are not the responsibility of Michigan Mobile Auto Spa.

Lost or Missing Items

Personal Belongings: We ask that all personal items be removed from the vehicle prior to service. Michigan Mobile Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged items left inside the vehicle during or after detailing.

Arrival Times and Delays

Estimated Arrival Times: Due to the nature of mobile services, our team’s arrival time may vary. A 15-minute window should be expected around the scheduled appointment time due to potential delays from traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delays and Cancellations: If we anticipate a delay greater than 15 minutes, we will contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of severe weather or other unavoidable delays.

Payment and Refund Policy

Pricing: Service pricing will be provided during booking and is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and additional services requested.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit card, and certain mobile payment services. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. A deposit may be required on services over $500.00 which is refundable with some exceptions and applies to the total.
Refunds: We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know immediately. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Michigan Mobile Auto Spa.

Service Satisfaction and Warranty

Satisfaction Guarantee: Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Please inspect your vehicle upon service completion. If you have any concerns, notify us immediately so we can address them.
Warranty on Services: We do provide certain warranties on services such as paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF. However, certain products we use may come with manufacturer warranties, which are the responsibility of the customer to register and maintain.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Environmental Responsibility and Site Cleanliness

Eco-Friendly Practices: Michigan Mobile Auto Spa is committed to using eco-friendly products and practices whenever possible.
Site Cleanliness: After service, we ensure the area is left clean and any waste generated during service is disposed of properly. However, we are not responsible for any spills, leaks, or stains caused by pre-existing conditions or vehicle issues.

Privacy Policy

Personal Information: We collect certain information from customers to provide and improve our services. This may include your name, contact information, and vehicle details. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

Disclaimer on Perfection and Limitations of Services

At Michigan Mobile Auto Spa, we strive for exceptional results and take pride in delivering high-quality detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF installation, and wrapping services. However, we cannot guarantee 100% perfection, as some stains, blemishes, scratches, or imperfections may be too deep or set for complete removal with our practices and safe techniques.
We commit to doing our best within industry standards, but some issues may remain despite our efforts. In such cases, any discounts or compensation, such as a gift card, are solely at our discretion. We aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience, and we appreciate your understanding of the inherent limitations of our services.
